The course is a premium digital product: pre-recorded video lessons, lesson text and quizzes delivered through this website. Access is personal to your account and may not be shared with anyone else.

The course is offered as a one-time payment of the amount shown at checkout, in US dollars. Your access begins the moment your payment clears. Card details are processed by our payment provider and never stored on this website. The name and billing address you enter must match the card used for payment.

All sales are final. The course is premium digital content and there are absolutely no refunds, returns, credits, exchanges or chargebacks once payment has been made, in whole or in part, whether or not you watch the lessons. By checking the no-refund agreement at checkout and completing your purchase, you waive any right to dispute the charge on the basis of dissatisfaction, change of mind or unused time.

Your access runs for 8 weeks (56 days) from the moment your payment clears. There are no extensions, pauses, transfers or refunds for unused time. Access also ends the moment your certificate of completion is issued. If you do not complete the course within the 8 weeks, or if you want to revisit the lessons after your certificate is issued, regaining access requires purchasing the course again at full price. Quizzes you have already passed are kept, but all lessons and videos close. Your certificate remains viewable in your account forever.

Lessons unlock in order. Each quiz must be passed before the next lesson opens, and each module must be completed before the next module opens. A certificate is issued automatically once every lesson in the course has been passed. Certificate names may be corrected at most twice.

All course material, including the videos, lesson text, quizzes, the design of this website and the certificate, is the property of Tasha K. You may not download, copy, record, reproduce, redistribute, resell, share or upload the course material anywhere, in whole or in part. Screen recording is prohibited and every stream is traceable to the account that received it. Sharing, reselling, uploading or distributing course material is copyright infringement, results in immediate loss of access without refund, and may expose you to full legal liability.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials private. Account sharing, credential sharing and any attempt to bypass the lesson order, quiz requirements or access limits are prohibited and may result in immediate loss of access without refund. We may block or delete an account at our discretion, including during a payment dispute.

The course is educational. Nothing in it is financial, legal or professional advice, and no specific result or income is promised. What you build with the material depends on your own effort and judgment.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in force is the one published here at the time of your purchase, together with the agreements you signed at checkout.
