Account information. Your email address and password when you create an account, and your sign-in and last activity times.

Billing information. The full name and billing address you enter at checkout, which must match the card used for payment. Card numbers are processed by our payment provider and never touch or get stored on this website. We store the payment reference, amount, currency and status so we can show you an invoice and resolve any dispute.

Signed agreements. Your typed signature, the date and time you signed, your billing address, the cardholder name you entered, your acceptance of the no-refund terms, the copyright and anti-piracy notice and the 8 week access terms, and your IP address at the moment of signing. This record exists to evidence the agreement you accepted.

Learning data. Which lessons you have opened, your quiz answers and scores, which modules you have completed, the name you choose for your certificate, and your certificate details including its serial number and issue date.

We use this information to operate your account, unlock lessons in order, track your progress, issue and verify your certificate, send transactional emails such as your receipt, welcome message, module milestones and certificate notice, process payments, and maintain records needed to respond to billing disputes or claims of copyright infringement.

Transactional emails are sent from noreply@tkmasterclass.com. We only email you about your account, your purchase and your course progress. You can stop course notifications by replying to the email or contacting us.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers that operate this website: our hosting platform, our database provider and our payment processor, each of which processes data only on our behalf. Certificate verification pages expose only the name on the certificate, the course title, the issue date and the serial number, to anyone who scans the code on your certificate.

Course videos are stored privately and streamed through expiring links that work only for a signed-in student with active access. Downloads, picture-in-picture and playback-speed controls are disabled. Streaming details such as playback attempts may be recorded to enforce the anti-piracy terms.

Your signed agreements, billing records and certificate records are kept indefinitely, because they are the evidence for a purchase that is not refundable and a certificate that is meant to stay verifiable. Learning data is kept while your account exists. You can ask us to delete your account, and we will remove the personal data we are not required to keep for billing, legal or anti-piracy purposes.

Access to your data is restricted by role-based permissions in the platform itself. Only the account holder can see their own progress, agreements and certificates. Administrative staff can view records in the owner area for support and dispute handling.

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion of anything we are not obligated to keep. Contact us through the details published on this site.
